Sensei Ag Holdings, Inc. is investing approximately $40 million in a new high-tech greenhouse and warehouse operation at 1205 Reed Street. The project includes a 49,000-square-foot warehouse facility and approximately 283,625 square feet of advanced greenhouse space, marking one of the region’s most significant controlled-environment agriculture developments.

The company plans to create at least 15 full-time jobs, supported by a minimum annual payroll of $2,000,000. These roles provide high-quality, skilled employment in ag-tech and controlled-environment farming.

To support the project, LEDC approved an Economic Development Incentive Agreement tied to performance benchmarks such as capital investment, job creation, and payroll. The project will positively impact the city by increasing the tax base, creating jobs, and expanding Lockhart’s footprint in sustainable, technology-driven agriculture.
