The restaurant has created 10 full-time jobs with a minimum annual payroll of $390,000, injecting robust employment into the local hospitality sector. By activating a historic downtown building, Spare Change contributes to Lockhart’s downtown revitalization and enhances the city’s dining destination appeal.
