The property is owned by the Lockhart Economic Development Corporation. The Industrial Park is just 10 miles from Interstates 35 and 17 miles from Interstate 10, making direct truck connections easy for interstate or intrastate transportation. The park is only 25 minutes south of Austin Bergstrom International Airpor

The LEDC is completing all utility extensions to the park and will be run to the property lines to provide shovel-ready sites for $2.75/SF.
